Since last 3 days suffering from gastric problem , facing gastric issues after having food , some times stomach pain No problem bowel movement

I was diagnosed with GERD with mild hiatal hernia few days back as I had some stomach pain from 2 months.i suffer from gerd from many years.is there any option without surgery for hiatal hernia and I had seen grocare products for hiatal hernia cure,is this a genuine product and I suffer from ibs d as always feel to go to toilet after each meal or many times in morning.do ayurveda or homeopathy has a cure for hiatal hernia.

I am suffering from erosive antral gastritis, GERD, liver problem, piles grade 2, constipation and bloating and pain in abdomen mainly in stomach and liver area. Attached the endoscopy and ultrasound report.

Feeling uncomfortable for incomplete burping. Feels it stucks on throat. Stool passing also not clear. Please help.

Hi , From last 6 month I am facing gas and acidity issue due to which daily I face body ache  suffucation and some time difficult in breathing to add  Anxiety and overthinking issue is also faced  from last 3month So please suggest any remedies to cure the above issue.

Sir i have problem of heart burn feom last 2 years.. dr give me Pentoprazole livosuulpride capsule. 3 month dose. I complete the course and stop medicine. After stoping it started again. I again start 3 month and feel good. But after 6 to 7 month again i face problem . This time dr give me emoprazole livosulpride. Again 3 month course and i am fine. But i regularly take pentoprazole livosulpride capsule. Once in a day. . But feom last 10 days i stop medicine. And take. Ayurveda mwdicine. But i feel heart burn. Now what to do. Can i take pentoprazole livosulpride tab daily one. Or it is any side effect in long term use.. please help sir.
