I have been consistently getting high sgot and sgpt since past 4-5 years. i get full body tests done every year. Ultrasound comes normal all the times. Should i get more test done. i also suffer from lose stool problem. Is it something concerning

Get following investigations done for persistently elevated liver enzymes: 1) HBsAg and Anti HCV test 2) PT/ INR 3) Liver fibroscan 4) S. TSH and 5) Lipid profile
Go on a low fat diet ( avoid fried oily food) and abstain from alcohol
