After eating, feel vomit and digestive issue and sometimes feel like panic, depressed due to all this issue.

Suffering from GERD continue on pen 40 everyday But feeling like something choked in throat Tried many things.but no relief

I have had occasional gastritis and low grade fever with nausea, sticky and smelly stool for 3 years. PPIs don't help. Ultrasound sound and stool test normal. Slightly raised ESR and CRP with Haemoglobin 11.4. I did H Pylori test after having prolonged PPI and it came negative (PPIs might have effected the result) doctor said no need to do endoscopy and prescribed HP kit for 14 days. Currently it is going on. Can H Pylori cause chronic gastritis without ulcer? Even if i eat PPI, i get severe burping, stabbing pain in stomach and irregular bowel. Please advise, is taking HP kit making sense? Can it cure erosive gastritis?

Can weight lifting exercise cause flareup in chest heartburn and gerd. Can these weight lifting exercise relax the LES AND cause flareup of Gerd heartburn chest stabbing pain, which eases with burping. Can weight lifting exercise do so?????

I am suffering from GERD from last 3 months. Last year I also faced that problem but took 15 days medication it gone but again now I m facing this. Took many advise on practo & took medicine but no relief. I took pan d lupin acogut gaviscon syrup but no relief. Like something choked in my throat & feel pain in center chest like rolling everywhere in my left side right side.. How long it take to heal ? Coz of covid -19 fear can't go hospital. M very scared.. sometime I thought it's a heart problem.  This is my last year report & prescription.Plz help
