Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, from the past 2 days I am not able to excrete what I eat and thus having the feeling of nausea. Moreover, I am having loose motions but my stool does not seem to of what I ate(got green stool once ) and also mild fever. In the night I had vomiting of the food that I ate day before yesterday. Even now I had vomitted today's morning breakfast. I took medications for diarrhea but that does not help. We are afraid to run around hospital because of current situation of Covid-19. So can someone please suggest what could be wrong, so that I can act on further. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I am suffering from antral erosion for past one and half year. I got checkup from AIG hyderabad and took treatment. Later after few months my endoscopy showed platulus ge junction and my complaints are also reduced. But, for past one week again I am having same types of complaints such as indigestion, bloating, heaviness after meal, and stomach pain and also I am feeling some chest tightness. So, I consulted local doctor. He gave me meftal spas, sucralfate, and lactobacillus. Meftal is A NSAIDs drug, is it good to take this medicine? If no please let me know another drug in place of this. Because I am having chest tightness, that I am feeling uncomfortable to sleep at night. So kindly give me a suggestion and how to get rid from this condition.

For almost more than a month , I'm having very bad acidity issues , my stomach starts to burn from early morning and doesn't seem to stop throughout the day , though I tried sucrafil syrups etc , doesn't seem to work , also I don't eat spicy or junk or sugary foods , I even control my stress levels these days , still I don't get to find a solution for my acidity problem , pls suggest some good medecine or remedies for the same . I am having silent reflux problems in my throat . Symptoms throat irritation, excessive mucus in throat , constant urge of clearing throat, sometimes post nasal drip in throat and cough sometimes . It has started 2 months and still continuing . Recently started taking mucaine gel . How long will it take for acid reflux to cure?
