Hello Doctor. We should take banana and milk together it is healthy for nutrition or taking one time milk after said for 30_45 and then drink milk

Please provide prescription for mixed  ibs and bacterial overgrowth in intestine. Suffering from ibs from last 10 years. Used rifagut550mg, preprobiotics but no relief from ibs. Please provide prescription for permanent solution from ibs

My wife 27 ,gall bladder removed   2 years back  and acute pancreatitis patient ,from last 2 months she is in depression with family issues , neuro physician given serta 25 mg tablet ,but from last 15 days she is going motions 5-6 times a day ,no pain ,no loose motions ,neuro physician said do once thyiord test if it is normal ,go and meet gastroenterologist , Please tell me what is meaning of bowel sindrome ,is it serious problem ,we can control with medicine , please please tell us.

Am feeling this from last three to four monthsor so during night specially. I get up feeling pain or tightness in lower abdomen like I have urge to pee but it is generally the gas that is causing the bloating and giving sense of urination. However the quantity of urine is not very much. Then after some of the gas gets released and I start feeling normal again this is happening in early morning hours. Please help, is it because of gas simply or is it related to urinary system as well. It is not happen in the morning.

From last 1 month I have pain and heaviness in middle of my chest. Also having continuously burp. Also feeling like vomiting. I'm not eating spicy food and taking oily foods from last 1 month. I'm taking omez d capsule and digine syrup but not getting relief. Pls suggest treatment for relief

Mild pain,sort of cramp,pain(lasting for 40 - 50 sec) ,in the upper left abdomen just below the ribs. Then some times the pain happens in the lower left abdomen and then some times in the extreme right mid abdomen. Some times the left upper abdomen feels hardened , then again it goes away. The pain very mildly sometimes radiates to the back but very mild and again goes away. The area paining sometimes get sort of hardish types. Habits - Smoker / non-drinker (smoking increases the pain,hence not smoking). Stool - Sometimes good , some times bad. Taking PAN-D for last 3 days over the counter but not much help. Developed weakness.

I'm taking sucralfate suspension syrup morning and night. Please suggest me how much ml should I take after food.

Hi one day suddenly I felt uneasiness when I had fish and vomited. From next day onwards I felt fatigue, fever, weakness and digestion problem. Slowly I was feeling pain on stomach walls at random places and my weight decreased from 64 to 59kgs in one month. I visited doctor and undergone all tests endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, stool test, hydrogen breath test, liver profile, thyroid test and then doctor said everything normal and also he said you are suffering from IBS. I get lot of burps, heart burn, pain on random places in stomach due to gas. I am taking Razo D and probiotics and still I have digestion problem along with excessive gas. Also I am on BRAT diet. Please suggest what is my real issue. I have to eat a lot to maintain my weight 59 to 60 kgs. I lost fatigue and weakness but excess gas creates lot of problem mainly heart burn, it is daily problem and I am fed up with it. I am also getting neck pain every day

I use to vomit a lot then i get operates for appendix evn after the surgery i use to vomit so since 2016 i started taking acidity medication in morning empty stomach daily and evn i go to latrine 5 or 6 time in a day can u help me

Have lft done and found sgpt(108) &sgot(53),rest are normal and also platelets count 147.have mild burning after meal and i m alcoholic.test fr anti hcv and hbs ag are non reactive.kindly suggest in this lockdown
