Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi....i am having severe abdomen pain with c/o nausea+, bloating, slight blood in stools All symptoms from past 2-4 days

Sir recently I have facing 1. Acidity, feeling discomfortable ,pain in right chest , vomiting,feeling heavy in stomach and feel something stuck on throat. I am taking pan d tablet once in morning and digene liquid after breakfast. But all the symptoms are not totally improved.

Excessive gas production, acid reflux, nausea, bloating, muscle cramp, headache, whole abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, chronic cough

Often feel vomit sensation and anxiety. Already have hyper acidity and reflux problem. Often take (sos) Pantoprazole Domperidone. Some time take vomikind md 4 tab. But this is not permanent solution. Doctor i request you kindly provide me some prescriptions.

I hv hyperacidity and gastic problem.due to gas chest pain.i need a gud medicine and doctor for this issue..i m not overvated and i m not eating too much

I got a abdomen sonography done, its says "Sub acute Appendicitis like picture seen. Diameter is round 6.0mm. Enterocolitis like picture seen" what are my options?

Do internal hemorrhoids bleed all the time? And do they hurt ?how to know if you have internal hemorrhoids? Kindly tell me please  if you can explain difference between fissure and internal hemorrhoids that would be so much help 🙏😭

Today I have gone through usg scan of whole abodemen it suggest that liver is enlarged in size 162 mm in mcl shows regular contour and increased parenchymal echogenicity due to fatty changes grade 1 .intra hepatic biliary radicles are not dilated . No focal lesion is seen. Impression= usg finding are suggestive of mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade 1 What to do is there any serious matter which medicine to take
