Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi please let me know wat does the attached report says. I am experiencing lower abdominal pain and it's releives after passing motion. Biopsy has been taken and report is awaited. Also I am having body pains and feverish feeling from yesterday. Wanted to know if feverish feeling and body pain is bcoz of problem in intestine. ESR is 40 CRP is 9.7

Heaviness in chest , feeling like full of acidity. Already had digine and panacid. But did not get relief

I often have stomach aches and excessive buildup of gas in the abdomen. I have been experiencing a painful excretion for quite a sometime. I happens on  its own especially the first excretion, afterwards, the pain persists but is less painful. My stool color also changes. Often the color ranges from yellow and would change to dark brown. Today morning the first excretion was yellow color and the second one after 2hours was dark brown Sometimes the excreta is long & solid and sometimes its loose or semi-solid.

I feel that stomach is full. After meals, I feel some heaviness in the centre and right side of abdomen just near diaphragm area. Please advise.

Any kind of medicine does not affect on my father health, plz advice some best medicine. It's so roughly case

I'm taking pet saffa from past 1.5 months does it cause any side effects...I'm taking it because I am not having regular motion movement due to chronic anxiety

I have mild pain in left side stomach. My spgt 62 sgot 33. I have done ultrasound My ultrasound report is bowel loops dilated with serve gaseous echoes what is meaning this report and what done any test further Please suggest sir

Actually my weight not gaining from last 4 years It's fluctuate 48-52 kg Taking proper meal 3 times I m skinny guy So suggest wht can i do, which help gaining my weight
