Pain in stomach from 15 days. Doctor say due to acidity but still pain is there after taking medicine for acidity

Severe Pain at lower abdomen From last 2hrs. Due to food in digestion he has vomited Even after vomit still he is having pain at lower abdomen

And lft report ilirubin Total ,serum 0.7 Bilirubin Direct ,serum 0.1 Bilirubin indirect ,serum 0.6 Total Proteins,serum 6.6 Albumin,serum 4.5 Globulin 2.1 A/G Ratio 2.1 SGOT (AST), serum 18.0 SGPT (ALT), SERUM 21.5 GAMMA GLUTAMYL TRANSFERASE 19.0 (GGT) Alkaline phosphatase,serum 71.0 it causes any problem in how many days fatty liver grade 2 reversible?

I have to go for toilet after eating a meal immediately. Also pain in stomach. Also feeling very harsh while toilet
