Hello sir as per USG  advisable Today CT scan please see the report and suggest me best treatment or specialist for that. USG report impression: A well defined lobulated heteroechoic retro peritoneal mass lesion with irregular surface seen in pre tracheal and pre caval region just posterior to pancreas. CECT is advisable to exclude any malignacy. Mass size DIAMETER 3.7*3.5cm. In 2019 November Mass size is 3.1*2cm. Both report attached.

I am suffering from acid reflux and ibs for the last 5 year. My bone become very weak always pain on joints . And weight loss. Can i take liv 52 along with pregaba M in liver swelling and neuropathy pain..?!Coz i m feeling much after taking pregaba M.but i m confused about liv 52.

I am in abroad before 15 days I have done ultrasound report came Liver: Appears normal in size (13.3 cm), shape and shows diffuse increased echogenicity. No focal lesion seen. No IHBR dilatation seen. • Portal vein and CBD appears normal • Grade II fatty infiltration of liver. No significant abnormality detected. No cholelithiasis before taking this test I took alcohol weekly twice from two weeks I have stopped alcohol now weekly once I am taking alcohol please explain me is this reversible?
