Hi Docter, Pls suggest can I do Helicobacter Pylori lgA test to detect Hpylori infection in the palce of biospy and endoscopy cuz I am fearing to go to outside as I am staying at Covid 19 red zone if I am booking Helicobacter Pylori lgA through 1mg app  than blood sample can be taken from my home itself where I can maintain social distancing M attaching my last endoscopy report PFA..

Hi. You may do H. Pylori IgA test. All tests are equally sensitive but endoscopy and biopsy is gold standard...well not advisable during covid times. Blood test will still help. I saw your endoscopy report and I know the medical gastroenterologist who did it... Based on the report we can take it further...

Not advisable to do blood test. Stool antigen test is better. If your symptoms get better with medications for acidity you may not even require that.
