Gastric headache
Respected doctors,
I am suffering from gastric headache and it's increasing day by day.
Same problem is with my mother and i always thought that it was some kind of Genetic problem, but it has increased much over the past 2 week. I also, Consulted online on practo with the gastrologist, but not feeling relax now even after taking medicine from last 3-4 days.
I would request what should i do now, Attached below the last prescription with the doctor i consulted.

First of all if you are having Gastritis from long time then I would suggest all the lifestyle modifications as in your prescription.
Next Steps
better to consult a Gastroenterologist and Get an Upper Gastrointestinal Scopy done.
