I have GERD problm .. feeling tightness in throat n inflammation in throat .. choking .. feeling .. I m in portugal .. costly to see a doctor .. n I searched on internet about the medicine .. drug names are same but brand name diffenrt in portugal .. I manage very hard n got medicine from medicine .. now want to know about how to take these medicines thanks .. pic is below

Take: 1) Tab. Nexium (20) one in morning on empty stomach ( 30 min before breakfast) 2) Tab. Motilium 10 mg twice a day before food ( before lunch and dinner) 3) Tab. Famotidine one tablet at night before dinner and 4) Syr Gaviscon 10 ml thrice a day after food. All forn2 weeks. Avoid Diclofenac
