Sir , doctor prescribed me to take metrogyl400 towice a day but I have taken 04 tablet in a day . Morning 01, after lunch 01 , night 02. Pleases advice me sir .

Sir ,by mistakenly I have taken 04nos  metrogyl400mg tablets in a day . Please advise me what to do ?

Diagnosed with kidney stone 6mm stuck up in lower pole of right kidney . I've been having gastric problems for the past two months, mostly at night. When I lie down I feel very constipated. But what I've noticed is whenever I have a late breakfast or skip breakfast altogether I seem to feel less gassy and face less problems at night. Is that a thing?
