He is 9 yrs old. Stomach pain ab.out a month now. Constipation. Hard stool. Headache. Gas. Fainting.All reports are normal. Still paining. After meal it's paining more. Stool is inside. Stomach is not cleaning properly.Feeling like fainting(chakkar).

High fibre diet (salads fruits and multigrain cereals)
Increase water intake to 2-3lts per day
Use movicol pediatrics sachet twice daily for a week and then consult a Gastroenterologist for further management.
