I feel burns inside anus during passing stool... And the stool is semi solid n mucusy.. Sometimes I have problem of acidity too..

Hi Doctor, I'm feeling burning sensation and pain in my upper part of stomach since past 2-3 days. Pain comes and goes and causing me to wake up early morning due to pain. I've tried taking pudin hara but it didn't help.

Still it's not resolved completely, the initial stool is bit hard for my son to pass it gradually it becomes soft. But this process has terrified him a lot. Given lactulose but no use. Unable to find any improvement. Please suggest some good medicine. We are daily giving him oats porridge, cerelac is different varieties, apple or pear, enfamil for milk. Please suggest
