I have been taking laxative 4 years,cremylax,two months took esabgol and since 1 month taking dulcolax fiber liquid,and facing gastric trouble since 5 months and with farting issues,especially after consuming chana and tuvar dal with bad smell,pls suggest

Feeling the need to vomit constantly but unable to. Unable to eat properly. Eat very less so taht no problem happens. But still this nausea remains.

Heaviness and thightness in my throat .Last one week and burping ,no other symptoms. its feel thightness in day time ,no problem in sleeping,drinking ,eating .This problem also came last 2 months back when I taken antibiotics and pan d 7 days course. At now what can I do.

My brother has 2 bowel movements per day sometimes 3, earlier he had just one in the morning. The stools are slightly unformed at times and sometimes yellowish. He is having difficulty putting on weight unlike earlier when he used to put on weight very easily. There is no abdominal pain or discomfort.
