Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm used velgut probiotics and bestozyme syrup for 20days for my gas problem. Even after the usage I'm getting lot of gas.. especially at evening time. I'm avoiding all the gas causing food but still getting bloated. I eat well cooked rice with less spice curries. Does eating rice cause gas? I feel good at morning but by evening I feel gas in stomach.

I'm under medication taking Pan 40 tab more than 4 weeks as doctor advised. He asked to me take 6 to 12 weeks cycle. Shall I know why this 6-12 weeks.

Ate Mango full of worms, what should I do now? I didnot notice as worms were yellow color...but now am feeling scared 😢

Hi, I am worry about my mother's liver test. Her age is 69. She always has an acidity problem. no any other problem. she is on plant based diet.  About 3 months back She went for normal body checkup. Her SGPT came littile high(57) and low heamoglobin (9.2). Doctor gave her Udimarin 300 mg twice a day medicine for 3 months. After 3 months today she went again for SGPT and heamoglobin test and report came with very high SGPT 147 and heamoglobin 8.4. My concern is that the SGPT report have come with high level even though she was taking medicine for it. Heamoglobin also have come low 8.4 compare to before. What would be the best treatment of it. Had it has rached crrihosis stage ?or the things are still in control .is it reversible?which one is better allopathic or homeopathic. i am having pain in left abdomen while doing exercise or walking and it increases after taking food and too much gas problem ,too much burbs when i lye down some times difficulty in breathing. can any one please help me with this is it curable or not

M feeling pain left lower rib region since morning only and lil bloating over the abdominal area and burping feeling like acidity

This test of ttg was told by doctor to be done . Does the test report indicate or confirm celiac disease ?
