Having Chestburn issue
I'm having acid regurgitating from the stomach into the food pipe, causing heartburn, chest discomfort and acidity.
I use to take Razo D till before two weeks. I gets relief with this capsules which was prescribed by Appollo hospital gastrologiest doctor.
Can I take this capsules long time.
Pls advise

I suggest you to follow diet and lifestyle modifications which are equally important along with taking any medications
AVOID Consuming
Spicy food
Coffee tea carbonated drinks alcohol
Smoking
Avoid red meat
I advice you to take small frequent meals 6 to 7 times a day
Add fiber rich foods to your diet such as green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water
Exercise regularly
also take
You can continue to take the capsule for another 2 weeks but after that follow up with the gastroenterologist
