Heavy pain and burning sensation after passing stools. Pain continues like 20 minutes after passing the stools. And the passage hole seems to shrinked in size.

Why do I feel swelling inside anus when I sit and it hurts but not on outside? What is this? My doctor told me I fissure. Can a fissure cause swelling inside?

Morning vomiting with heartburn , I get vomiting and heartburn when I wake up in the morning , usually feel hungry as well.

I am taking pantocid dsr for acidity,my doctor advised me this for 3 months as i was diagnosed with h pylori(i have taken pantocid hp kit 14 days) but i feel heavyness on my stomach so doctor has given me pankreoflat that caused me more heavyness. I don't know why this capsule causing me heavyness as i am taking only salt food and light diet

Hi doctor I am having hyperacidity and trigger and pain in middle of stomach and chest from 2 months may be Esophageal mucosal injury or damage  I am taking esomac d 40 and wycid gel  how can I heal Esophageal mucosal injury please suggest proper medicine

I suffered bloating,gas,heartburn,constipation and after 3 weeks developed jaundice symptoms,bilirubin test showed increased level of 2.2(direct 1.1,indirect 1.1).After 2 weeks of medications and diet change my bilirubin levels have dropped to normal but i have also developed scratchy feeling underneath my left ribs just below chest and it aggravates on drinking lemon juice or taking curd.The scratchy feeling is dominant when i am empty stomach for long period of time.kindly provide  any advice.

3 weeks before my husband is diagnosed with 2 stones of 8-9mm in gallbladder. He has taken medication and injections for pain relief. He is ok with the severe pain but he is having regular teasing pain when breathing in hard or lying on the right side, pain is regularly there on the right side where the gallbladder is.
