You need to explain your symptoms to call it as constipation. We usually call not passing stools for atleast 3 days to define Constipation. Is it like so. Any stomach pain or anal issues? Consult a Gastroenterologist for further advise.

High fibre diet like keera green leafy vegetables fresh fruits regularly
Drink more water daily
Do regular exercise
Avoid maida food, nonveg, outside food, deep fries for few days
