I have been suffering from IBS C. My doctor has advised me to take Rifaximin. Is it advisable to take Neomycin with it since I have read that Rifaximin along with neomycin works best for IBS-C?

Hello Doctor I have done liver profile blood test. Bilrubin level total is 2.1 Conuglated direct bilrubin is 0.26 Uncongulated indirect bilrubin is 1.84 SGOT is 36 SGPT is 65 Total Protien is 7.19 Albumin is 4.50 Globulin is 2.7 AG Ratio is 1.70 Kindly suggest what to do Your answer will be appreciated Thanks

Dear Sir Today we found fresh blood in stool and such type of blood comes once in a month or rarely not sure frequency. No pain nothing. Sometimes constipation is there. But today no constipation and comes blood in stools. Can you please suggest some medicine or advice.

Is it necessary to get contrast ct scan done for the confirmation? ultrasound finding are enough to reach d diagnosis or not?
