How to treat ibs coz pain is high and acidity bloating constipation how to recover from all and throat pain

Hello Doctor, I am having acidity problem since last three months. I have been eating very light food like dal rice khichdi... Marie biscuits, poha etc... Still I get acidity problem... I tried medicine from local doctor... Tried mucain gel for two weeks... Until you take medicines it's fine... Once I stop Medicine's... Acidity heartburns come back. Is this something serious ? My local physicians says its just acidity. Yesterday my stool colour was very dark brownish, could be because of medicine I am taking. Also I saw very little blood in it. Pls suggest what needs to be done.

My father has  light stomach ache n indegestion with symptoms of acidity. This is repeating for 3rd time in past 15 days.

I am diagnosed with h.pylori infection and given Pantocid HP kit. Just 2 days back.For 5 days as a treatment. But before that was diagnosed i had food reflux is that because of this infection. I am very confused. How many more days do i need to take these medicines because i cant further tolerate the irritation in oesophagus and throat coz of food relfux Will my condition improve after treatment coz I want to eat and sleep properly. This is causing very disturbed sleep as well as food indigestion. Please reply with all necessary things mentioning. Much worried about my health.

There is pain in stomach in sides like someone perssing like and motion not free. If use tablet will be ok

Since last 2-3 times, if I eat fish suddenly I feel too much pain and burning kind of feeling in my stomach. Previously I use to eat without any issues. But since last 2-3 times this problem started. Please suggest.

My mother is 58 years old. She was suffering from stomach pain... I went to physician (stomach specialist). He advised me for ultrasound and widal test known as typhoid test. Ultrasound  report seems to be normal, while there is some issue in widal test, dr said it is typhoid positive. Dr suggested me three medicines 1) Normaxin tab -three times a day 2) Vizylac tab - three times a day 3) Tab taxim o 400- two times a day for 12 days (1) after seeing the widal test it is confirmed that my mother is typhoid positive? ( she don't have fever, only abdominal pain is there? 2) if typhoid is there then abdominal pain is also symptoms of typhoid? Pls help. 2)

Last 5 months back in ultrasound my reports shows fatty liver grade 2. At that time I m.taking alochal. Now from last 3 months I. Completely left the alochal . My LFT report shows alkaline phosphate:- 131, SGPT :- 57, protein :- 8.30, globulin :- 3.80 Lipid Tryglicides :- 274 , VLDL :- 54 Kindly suggest according to the report and advice what medicine and what to do in this corona time.
