Gas and mild stomach pain
Due to Acidity and i taking the following medications like Rebakind Plus(1 tab morning)
Surcale syp(10ml tds),Librax tab(1 tab at night)
From 5 days.
After taking this medicne 2 days i am feeling mild pain in my stomach and gas passes frequently.
Suggest what is the cause or i should change the medication.above medicine preacribed by a Medcine spl at AIIMS Bhibaneswar

Continue same medication.
Take Tab. Drotin sos for pain.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
Small and frequent meal .
Plenty of liquids intake.
