Hi , I am at 103 kg and last 3 months doing workout regularly with average of 15000 steps a day and there is no change in any other things as I was having 3 months before ..but not able to reduce my weight and having the issues since last 3 years - my diet is a regular - Lunch and Dinner 1.5 roti and half bowl rice- Morning breakfast And alcohol twice a cigarate 1 per day.. Why would be cause of increase in weight - I have done the tests almost 2 month back .. everything is normal ..
