My doctor advised me to do colonscopy but i am not doing becoz i am in doubt is it painful procedure or is it painless should it be done without any pain plz reply as fast as possible

Share your concern of pain during colonoscopy with the doctor. I am sure who is going to do the colonoscopy for you will take care of your concern and the pain and you will not have the pain during the procedure.
Now a days colonoscopy is done under sedation it means you will be given some painkiller and some sort of anaesthesia so that you will have smooth recovery after the procedure.
some patient may feel discomfort after the procedure and this is due to distension of the Colon because of gas and this is only for short time.
