After tablets cmpted I done the LFT test again it will show the bilirubin value 1.1 and sgot 47 Sgpt is 24 Why these are getting up and downs? And my liver got slightly increased and 15.08 size. Could you please help on this

I am using herbalife products. I don't know whether it is safe or not. After using those products, It is typhoid positive on july17th. I had medication for that. After 2 months if i eat something lite food it is feeling like very heavy in my stomach and getting head ache. Can i get some suggestion??
