Having severe stomach ache from last 10 days. Going toilet frequently. Having slimy stool. I have to rush to toilet whenever i eat or drink something

I have gallbladder stone. And for laparoscopy surgery I underwent some medical tests including ECG. My ECG report says "Sinus Arrhythmia" I want to know whether it's a matter of concern ?are my ECG reports normal?or is there any issue in it? And if there is any issue with it then will it create any hinderence in my laproscopy process? I want to add my symptoms: 1) since 4 months I am facing sever acidity issue. 2)I get a lot of burps and hiccups and feel nauseous many times a day,and I feel some liquify substance travelling up my food pipe upto my throat area. 3)Sometimes I face severe acid reflux which make me feel nauseous and I feel heavy pressure around my chest and food pipe area and I also feel shortness of breath many times a day. All of this gets supressed once I lie down straight..

Whatever I eat, sweets or dairy, gluten or veggies, fruits or fats, I get so gasssy, bloated and constipated, every single day, never feel that my stomach ever gets empty, the gastric feel makes me difficult to deal with everyday's chores or to meet and greet people, I keep either burping or farting all the day and bowel.
