Stomach Problems & Remedies

My mother is 53  had continuous belching and   ibs since long she took cizaspa x : for 2 weeks morning and night she stopped and now she is not taking anything she has severe ibs now and wants something which will settle this issue. besides 3 months back she got dizziness and vertigo like issue and already has high bp(Just incase this has relevance for patient history ) currently need to settle her stomach and digestion problem .PLEASE ADVISE AS I AM LOOKING FOR HELP HERE

My wife has been suffering from RA for about 8-9 month and she is under medication during 6 month.presently she is taking Folitrx 10mg,LM folate 800mcg,HCQS 300 along with some exercise. suddenly she is having severe abdominal pain during 3-4days.Now we are getting confused weather the problem s are occuring due to medicnes or some other issue and should she continue the prescribed medicnes or not.what we do for the Pain.we will be greatfull if we get any suggestions in this situation from your end.please treat the matter as urgent..         Thanking you.

My son is 20 months old yet he refuses to have solids ... we feed him meals in pureed form and still he vomits while eating atleast twice a week. Also i have observed that he doesnt eat more than half a bowl at one time due to which i always split the meals in two and feed him (which becomes total 6 times a day) Please advice if he has any digestion problems and needs medication or whether its normal in babies and will get better with time.

I'm having GERD since 9 months now i have consulted few gastroenterologists and have got treated for long time medication now endoscopy done and they also took biopsy and the pathology lab reports came all normal except there is a positive with the helicobacter had medication like somprqz hp kit for around 2 weeks and then followed by 2 more antibiotics for 2 weeks in which the cough was normalized when i had medication but past the course its starting again not sure what needs to be done on this any advice would be highly appreciated
