Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old. I have been having issues with hard stool. Issue is with passing stool naturally. I have been having naturolax for quite a few days. Few times I saw little blood in the stool. I also feel dull pain in the stomach and itchy sensation anywhere on the body. Do I need to do a scopy ? Pls suggest

I have dignosed with little stomach infection prescribed 30 days tablets I'm suffering from gas problem lot and not appetite,other dr prescribed cypon syrup along with other medication but I am  feeling very sleepy uncontrollable after syrup my concern is it's too much sleepy and can't control it,help me with this.
