I'm having severe stomach spasm pain. Can I take meftal spas for relief now? Stomach pain since 2 hrs and loose motion since morning (4-5 times) Please advise

You are likely suffering from Acute Gastro-enteritis. Meftal spas may relieve your pain. ORS 200ml after each loose motion. If u develop fever or blood in stools then antibiotics may be needed. Consult if condition worsens.
