Hi, I am having stomach pain after eating and when push my stomach some sound is coming. I am having hard stool and pushing my stomach to pass stool I am taking colospa x and nexpro for last 4 days. Suggest me some home remedies to solve.

Take 200ml lukewarm water with 1spoon ghee and I spoon sugar as needed
