Im having indigestion and bloating problem since 5 months all my reports including thyroid,liver fn test,blood glucose , endoscopy and CT of abdomen are normal and ive lost 5 kgs from past 5 months ,ive consulted many doctors online and offline but my problem hasnt resolved

I have been using OSIL ointment for the past few years as a treatment for piles. I wanted to check if there is a better ointment available. Thanks.

I am experiencing stage 1 haemorroids from last two days it's causing me lot of itching and discomfort. so I am now applying smuth gel in the area. How long it will take to heal them. I have exam on 4th October. This itching and redness irritation is affecting my mood and thus not able to study. How to attain best possible results in available days

When I pass stool I feel it itchy in back and it seems some  stool got sticks in the back that is causing itching and it gets away till afternoon or if I take sitz bath at same time , I donot take spicy food etc nor drink and sleep on time any suggestions

I did LFT , results was total  billirubin 2.3 level. its looks mild jaundice. i have no other symptom. i had ultrasound . in which i get 9 mm stone in gallblader. at the same time i was suffering from fissure. so i got fissure surgery. yesterday i have did LFT again results are total billiburin is 0.69, SGOT 49, SGPT 130. may be SGPT and SGOT increased due to fissure surgery and its medicine. My problem is now, I want to cure of Gallstone. i have no symptoms now, no pain in any where. also i want to know can i start going gym again and start taking why protein? Latest LFT and Ultrasound reports are attched.

From almost last one year I am suffering from acidic vomiting in the morning , what can be the cause and is there any permanent cure to this ?

Hi Respected Dr's. I was suffering from gastric problem for last 2 months but persistent. Whenever I miss meal or in stress. I started taking Ganaton tab and Gelusil Syp for 10 days with doctor consultation. I started having small meals and Vegetables like banana, apple. And also started taking rice boiled waters. Now I am ok with no symptoms. Do I need to go for endoscopy. When is endoscopy required ??. Please suggest.

2 days back i had neat whskey drink around 60ml.The next day my chest to throat started paining wheneven i breath.When i take food mild pain can be felt? Pls suggest me.

In abdominal and pelvis scan it's mentioned as "multiple prominent fluid distended bowel loops" Can some one help me to understand what is this?

My head is spinning and feel to vomiting and tongue is test less Is this because of cough ? And not able to feel eat
