Constipation problem , harden stool while passing motion having pain and blood strain some times . This is not regular when I am taking masala food only this happens .

There's no bleeding or any pain. But I do have right abdomen pain and discomfort since over 10 months for which I have undergone various tests ( ultrasound, endoscopy, ct scan with contrast). All were normal except for mild fatty liver. When I check online about flat stools it shows colon cancer. The doctor has diagnosed me with IBS. But I have only 1 bowel movement a day. Should I go for any other investigations? I am scared to go to the hospital because of the pandemic.

Dear doctor I have diagnosed with hiatus hernia 1 year back by the symptoms of upper abdomen pain. Presently I am not taking any medicine. But some time there is a pain in upper abdomen and go back by own after sometime. Not regularly. No any other problem. No burning sensation fell in throt and food pipe. Just sometime pain in upper abdomen . What should I do.

I have a 9mm gallstone. Due to this, my bilirubin level increased 2.3. i dont see any symptoms except my eyes are bit yellow. Any best possible treatment? I dont want to go with surgery.

I am suffering from a very prolonged constipation issue where I always feel that my bowels are not clear. I feel gasy throughout the day with burps and acidity. I have been drinking lot of water and taking isabgol and cremaffin but the effect has been very nominal. I did abdomen USG but everything came out normal. The RFT and LFT are also normal. I sometimes took dulcoflex to relieve but problem was never this serious. I always feel bloated specially after a meal. There is no blood in stool and slight thinning has been observed the consistency of the stool is sticky. Plz help
