How to cure SIBO? What is the probiotic for it available in India? Is probiotic with prebiotic harmful in case of SIBO ?

I have gerd, stabbing heartburn, shortness of breath, sore throat and left side bsck pain stiffness. These all symptoms are like on daily basis and eases with burping. These all are from last 6 months. From last 6 months i am on different antacids. Tried everything. Even died is very good for gerd. Still these symptoms are there although bit improved but still there. What is it ?Is it really gerd ? How long will it take to cure. How long will i have to be on antacid ???

My friend has Jaundice, report says that : AG/Ratio : 2.1,1.69mg/DL Bilirubin, 1.33MG/DL Bilirubin Direct, 0.36MG/DL Indirect, Alanine Amino Transferase 151U/L,Aspartate 63U/L Alcaline phosphatase130U/L. He is staying out of India alone. How quick it can be cured & suggest the diet for it.

Dear Docter , In my LFT report, everything is within range, but GGTP level is 37 u/i , which  is slighly higher than normal. Should I need to worry and get treated. What is the treatment ?

I have been facing stuffiness in the chest and bloating pretty often since a week. Usually gets triggered if I delay my meals or eat outside food. Bloating is manageable. But the stuffiness is something new which has never happened to me before and can get uncomfortable at times. Please suggest any medication for instant relief from symptoms.

Sir Is post infectious ibs cure over time I don't have abdominal pain,bloating,flatulence I have rectal pain some times semi solid stools. Even I eat home spicy food nothing happens to me..

My Aunt is a diabetic patient, suffering from UTI. She is taking Gluconorm G-2 and Volibo.3 after dinner and also Basalog insulin 14 units at night. Glucose fasting 178 and PP 300. Recently she suffered from UTI and took Fosirol. Thereafter she is having a severe loose motion for the last 15 days. She had completed 5 days of Norflox TZ and at present is taking Rifaxigyl-M. Very slight improvement has been noticed, but the loose motion is still continuing. Please suggest a remedy.
