Endoscopy report
This is my endoscopy report. What does it reveal. I am having severe heartburn, back ache, shortness of breath, lump like in throat. All these from last 5 months.

Endoscopy report per say normal but ur symptoms r significant. U need to do barium swallow n esophageal manometry as well to know d exact cause.
Small freq meals
Bed time n dinner 2 hrs gap minimum
Avoid spicy,oily n fried food .
Few medications to control acidity as well.start this n do d tests as suggested.
