Already consulted Dr.he is too good.
He has recommended the medicine which is effective
But I still want to know other than medicines, exercise.What diet I can take to avoid such gaseous issue.and improve my immunity it digestion system

Stomach pain
From past three days, in the evening I get stomach pain and lil bit burning in the chest. As soon as I took gelusil it subsided.
And in morning after getting up I go for motions and I sleep again... When I wake up again I go for motions...(No Loose Motions)
What I need to do ? Is it constipation or Gas related problem which I am facing ?
