I have Gallstone of 12.5 mm with fatty liver does it require immediate surgery or what other suggestion and advice I can follow.

If you have gall stones, it's best to remove the gall bladder, particularly, if you have multiple small ones, because the small ones are likely to slip out of the bladder and cause obstruction in the CBD or MPD. Also, if you are diabetic, it is best that you get it removed as soon as possible.
