Not stopped since 3 day Normal tablets not working What to do now I am very helpess about this situation

From last 2 Months I having Upper Abdominal Pain in Centre abdomon position 3-4 inch above navel Below is condition of pain 1. Pain is not regular on every day , it comes with gap of 2-3 days ... Pain starts from Centre Upper Abdomen on Right side from mid ribs to below ribs and radiates towards right side of right Breast and then slowly disappear, it takes sometimes 3-4 hours and sometimes 5-6 hours to disappear, no pain on left side 2. Some times at some points in right side I feel pain like Pin like Pain (when pin pricks in skin ) 3. With above pain I feel Chest tightness as well...mainly on right side ... 4. Recent Sonography Report : 7 mm stone in gallbladder , and 1 stone of 4 mm on right kidney and 1 stone of 5 mm on left kidney. this all stones are there from last 5-6 years and are there in previous reports as well I am vegetarian and eating non spicy foods only Plz advice

Can hpylori infection is treated with probiotics or antibiotics are necessary as i am not able to take antibiotics

I was taking medicine for back pain and medicines leads to constipation and also i had spicy mutton after 1 day of taking this i m having a bad stomach pain which ia rotating from last few days i tood medicines but still problem.is same...pls help me with medicines if poaaible

Since a year I was having stingy motion and mucus back in my throat or nose. From april around I noticed, upper abdomen pain. However I used to have stomach pain and gastritis earlier and used to take pan 40, and it used relax for that day.On July 25 I got loose motion, checked with gastroenterologist after 15days, dooctor suggested me to have ibset, somapraz it and refagut. After the course for 3 weeks I got stingy motion again and sometimes I urge to go bathroom like earlier. Then doctor asked me to continue somapraz 40 and ibset still, im having upper abdomen pain and bloating and urge to go bathroom. Im having some mucus as well dont know whetehr it is due to acid refux or allergic, because I dont feel the acid till my mouth but the mucus if it comes to my mouth it stinks pathetic.My motion sometimes it is dar stool sometimes normal.but as now im having ibset again, my motion is tight but urge to go bathroom thrice somedays.And upper abdomen pain continues.Please help

My mother is 53  had continuous belching and   ibs since long she took cizaspa x : for 2 weeks morning and night she stopped and now she is not taking anything she has severe ibs now and wants something which will settle this issue. besides 3 months back she got dizziness and vertigo like issue and already has high bp(Just incase this has relevance for patient history ) currently need to settle her stomach and digestion problem .PLEASE ADVISE AS I AM LOOKING FOR HELP HERE

My wife has been suffering from RA for about 8-9 month and she is under medication during 6 month.presently she is taking Folitrx 10mg,LM folate 800mcg,HCQS 300 along with some exercise. suddenly she is having severe abdominal pain during 3-4days.Now we are getting confused weather the problem s are occuring due to medicnes or some other issue and should she continue the prescribed medicnes or not.what we do for the Pain.we will be greatfull if we get any suggestions in this situation from your end.please treat the matter as urgent..         Thanking you.

My son is 20 months old yet he refuses to have solids ... we feed him meals in pureed form and still he vomits while eating atleast twice a week. Also i have observed that he doesnt eat more than half a bowl at one time due to which i always split the meals in two and feed him (which becomes total 6 times a day) Please advice if he has any digestion problems and needs medication or whether its normal in babies and will get better with time.
