Hello doctors my dady 67year  old. from the 4year suffering from paralysis left part has bp and sugar from the 4 day his stomach swelling last two day back not pasd urine and motion we giv them motion tablet then pass motion and urination not too much but still the stomach swelled what is the problem going

I have fissure issue from one month , firstly after 4 days of blood in stool. I tried loose stool syrup its stop my blood initially but my anus was swelled. Then i consulted a doc he gave me daflon, syrup and anovate cream this doesn't improve much. One of my family relative ask me to take pilex and norflox tz with isabgol...after this my stool still hard and i started pooping 5-7 times a day. Now i am taking Ayurvedic medicine which includes pilex, sidpiles, bolbadda ras before food and sariva satva after food its been 6 days only. But still my starting stool keeps coming hard which keep harming to continue fissure later stool easily pass or become loose. And generally i have to go two times in morning and sometimes in evening also. Please let me know how i make my stool loose.

When I go to the toilet at morning stool come out with blast and gas and also stool amount less and after lunch feel gas and urge to go toilet and stool also come out in more quantity what is the reason please tell me

From last three I'm on different ppi , prokinetics n antacids... still persisting ...my chief symptom is belching n feels like acid moving up n creating heaviness around the chest region... initially used razo20 mg for 12 days where I feel just about ok...and next one month sompraz20 and lesuride25 where I felt much much better n then for one month ganaton 150mg(1 month)  n nexpro fast 40 mg 15 days n razo d 1 month ... right now cintapro 1mg ... better than earlier but belching burping n tingling sensation... heaviness around the chest region still persist... kindly guide me

Gas is forming after eating and sever acidity, food coming to throat always...It been since 8years now it has very sever..I have a hiatal hernia

My husband sgot is 86 and sgpt 249 around for 2 years. Triglycerides 190 ,does it indicates something very serious? Can it be reversed? He does not drink but recently started smoking. Like to eat rich food. Can sgpt be brought down at this stage?

Sgpt and sgot levels are high since last 3 months. Platelet count was low 15 days back for which took lumet 80 and Taxim 100 twice a day. Now platelet count is normal. But Sgpt And Sgot levels are high.
