I am using PPI medicines from 5-6 months but now feels heavy after eating and whenever i stop taking PPI i don't feel heavy but acidity starts again. Is this the ppi causing me bloating after eating?

From last couple of days I have a feeling as if food or something is stuck in chest. It takes a lot of effot and uneasiness to swallow food or water. I am on healthy diet but still. Dont feel acidic though. But this constant pressure in chest is bothering a lot and making eating difficult. What could be the reason. It feels like there is air stuck but cant get it out either.

When I take cremaffin plus my bowel movement is soft but after stopping the syrup again the constipation occurrs. Is cremaffin plus is safe to take 5 days in a week.

I got a blood test yesterday...My LDH level is 444 SGOT - 125 and SGPT - 165 tiredness and fatigue all the time and feeling of going toilets frequently.

I had covid 10 days back and taking Zincovit once in the noon, Vitamin C(Twice mng and night).. Its not 3-4 times, loose stools just after food in the noon and night..
