Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having a feeling that my upper abdomen has been pulled in for 2 months and my lower abdomen seem to be a bit extended. I consulted it with a GP and she asked me to go for an abdominal ultrasound which said everything was normal. She said it may be because of small ulcers and prescribed medicines but the discomfort doesn't go away. Now I have a feeling randomly that there is lack of blood flow below the waist occasionally and Right side of the scrotum appears very larger than usual occasionally. Please guide me further. PS: Not sure if it's related but I have to clear my throat all the time before speech Thanks!
