Hi iam having a digetion problem since i get to know having severe fever. after lab testing im having typhoid from that time iam having stomach problem dont know what happen to my stomach iam scare if any disease like gastroperesis help me out

Dear doctor. I am 35 years old male I was diagnosed with vitamin d- 18 mg/l and b12 108 deficiency in August 2020 . Using b12 injections and vitamin d 60k per week as per doctor advise .  But I still have body pains , muscle pain and insomnia continually from 2 months I got this because I took some fish oil liquid for 3 months and suddenly body pain started How long will it take to recover? Is it vitamin deficiency or some other health issue . I saw on internet that mercury deposit in fish oil can also cause pains Please suggest.

Sir, I hv been loosing weight from three months... specially from waist area...waist become 32 from 38 in three months and almost loose 12 kg in three months... doing just simple yoga 10-15 minutes and no oily spicy food..is it sufficient for such high weight loss??? Is it normal or abnormal?? My tryglycerides level is 280

Sir, My weight hv been reducing continueosly from three months.. weight specially reducing from waist and belly area though i m doing small yoga 10-15 min and walking 10 min and taking food on time and high protein diet and jo oily and spicy food...but such great weight loss is my concern?? Taking medication for hepatomegaly due to alcohol,and left alcohol from three four months..but weight loss is not stopped.in every five days i feel an inch reduction in waist . I have been having constant burps ( even many hours after meals when the stomach is empty ) for 25 days. For the last 2 days, there are loose motions as well. There is no pain or heartburn. What should I do ? ( Can not initiate a consultation right now as there are technical issues.) Is it a GI infection ?

Hi Doctor, I recently recovered from fever which stayed for 4 days and I took heavy medication. Now that I am fine from last 2 days, I am having problems with my stomach. Digestion is not proper. I chew properly but no results. Food tastes fine but water tastes acidic. I took antacids from 2 days to balance the acidity in stomach but it is rarely helping. I feel bloated most of the times. When asleep and lying down the stomach is at ease otherwise I feel uneasy sitting and standing for longer duration. I will be obliged for any suggestions and help. Thanks, Saurabh
