Hi, I was diagnosed with GERD for which I am taking ayurveda medicines from past 2 months. Last week I was feeling very weak so my doctor recomended a vitamin B12 and D3 test. Both of them are very low. D3 is 3.5 and B12 is 157. So my doctor advised me to take B12 and D3 supplements which is Mecodiv Plus (daily) and Biodee 60K capsules weekly. Also I got one injection for B12. But since I started the b12 medicines I am having frequent heart palpitations and tightness on my chest. Also I am not able to sleep at night. Whenever I am trying to sleep I am getting up with a jerk. This happens 5-6 times at night and then I am off too sleep. Please kindly advise is this happening becoz of B12 medicines or since I am taking ayurveda and allopathy together.

Please help me in knowing that how can i increase metabolism...It will also help in weight loose..please help me in that?

Sir, Three months ago During routine checkup,i found Sgpt-107 Sgot-54 Platelets-147 Mpv-13.9 Rest all were in limits I met gastroenterologist who prescribed cirrosam thrice in a day with udiliv as i started medicine my weight suddenly started reducing and lost 12 kg in three months however i was doing some yoga and some dieting but that's i don't think sufficient for such great reduction in weight. Some other test report are as- Vit. B12-131 Vit d-23.5 Bile acid-3 Triglycerides-280 Vldl-56 Hdl-42 Ldl-61 Blood sugar-103(fasting) Hba1 c normal Current platelets-165 MPV-13.2 Viral marker non reactive Endoscopy-PANGASTRITIS WITH GERD LA-B My recent lft and fibroscan is attached kindly see and advice??? In previous fibroscan it was 5.1 kpa with mild fatty liver change but now fatty liver is gone but hepatomegaly is there.kindly advice ... reports are attached

Vit b12-131 Vitd-23.5 Endoscopy says PANGASTRITIS with GERD LA-B My current report are attached with it, kindly see and advice. I have lost 12 kg in three months along with reduction of fat around belly. Current platelets are 165 Kindly see and advice

Dear doctors, Would require your help to understand my problem. I had very light pain in lower abdomen exactly right side of belly button on 29th August 2020. I consulted online doctor, he suggested me to get the Ultrasound done to rule out appendix. After going through my ULTRASOUND OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS report doctor suggested for ciplox-tz with probiotics. This worked for a week till the time I took medicine. Now the pain started again after 15 days i can feel the pain moving around the whole abdomen. Motion is semi solid colour texture is yellow. While eating or drinking anything either water or anything BURP are coming too much. I am not feeling gas passing.only burp is coming. Even from last 15 days I am not taking any very hard diet completely on boiled food. Pain is continuous like ant bite towards right abdomen more near to belly button Awaiting your analysis on the same doctor's. Regards Abhishek

Hello, my husband diagonised with NASH in April 2019..since he is on medication evion 400 and bilypsa ...he has taken medicine n it came out in positive response. after 9 month he left medicine cus Dr says he is fine now..I got his test done today..n found out this report ..pls help me to understand this report whether it's fyn or there are sumthing more which need to concern??..thank you

Hello My partner has suffered from hepatitis a last year. Now he's been diagnosed with Transaminitis-NAFLD. He used to feel feverish from time to time although no significant rise in temperature was noted. Also nowadays he complains of heaviness of head sometimes. He's feeling very sick nowadays and thinks that hepatitis a has recurred. Please suggest me how to cure this condition. I'm really worried about him. Thank you

I Had My Routing Health Checkup. In My CBC Report I Had Marginally Reduced Hemoglobin. And My RBC Was On The Edge Of Being Normal. And In My Iron Test My Iron Was 55 ug/dl And Total Iron Binding Was 441 ug/dl. And My Vitamin B12 Was 192 pg/ml And My Vitamin D Was 23.34 ng/ml. So My Doctor Prescribed Me Tab. Ferronia Xt For Iron And Multivitamin Tablet For B12 Deficiency. And Irabel D3 For Vitamin D Deficiency. Currently I'm Taking All These Medicines. But After Taking These Medicines My Stools Are Always Dark Black In Color. I Take One Glass Beetroot Juice And 1 Glass Pomegranate Juice Daily. I Just Want To Know That Is My Black Stools Serious? From The Day I'm Taking These Medicines I'm facing this problem.

A very slight pain I feel above my hip bone mostly on left side (pelvic) when ever Gas is formed... when gas releases I feel better but still feel slight pain. What needs to be done ?
