I have been suffering from gastric and too much of fart ( smells a lot) along with constipation ... I will have good food without any junk foods ... Why is it happening so ...

Correct the constipation
Drink plenty of fluids (4L/day)
Eat plenty of fibre rich food i.e carrots, cucumbers, papaya, almonds oats, chia seeds etc
Avoid sitting down for a longer duration
Increase physical activity (4km/day)
Walk for 15 mins post meal
