Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from this problem from around 5-6 months. On random occasions, my poop becomes very dry, pebble-like and sticky and I have to strain a lot to push it out which causes a lot of pain. It often happens that one day I am suffering from this problem but on the next day I am completely fine, only for it to happen again after a few days. I only eat home cooked food and drink lots of water but it is not helping. I tried taking different kind of medications but they online provided temporary relief. I can't figure out why this is happening because I am strictly keeping track of my water intake and not eating any junk food. Even though the problem is not that serious, it is significantly reducing my quality of life as I often find myself in pain and keep thinking what to do. Please help.

I underwent a gall bladder removal surgery on March , post surgery till date I am suffering from mild constipation, bowels not regular, stool also constipated, I am on normal diet very less intake of oil ,only green veggies and Sometimes fish or chicken that too very less oil. Not able to pass stools on her own, no bowel movement. After giving dulcolex also no use, intake is normal

I had acidity issues since a year and usually had frequent belching and bloating but it had triggered too much since last two months. My Gaseneterologist had given me PPIs and now acidity has reduced but constipation and bloating has increased. Hi, My baby is 20months old .From last two to three days , she has not pooped and crying when she s trying to. Also she says she wants to poop , but crying when we make her poop. Have consulted a doctor nearby and he suggested to give Sorbiline syrup 5 ml 2 times daily diluted with water Is the same medicine which adults have or is there a seperate one for kids. Is it safe to take And how many days to have this syrup Thanks, Midhila
