Hi i have white color discharge from belly button. Which medicine should I take and what could be the reason for the same

You have any other complaints like fever or swelling or pain at umbilicus/ belly button? It can be a simple Umbilical sepsis- to Urachal fistula . Consult a surgeon for further management
