From last 6-7 months , my weight is increasing I'm not able to loss it Digestion is also not proper. What should I do?

Hello Doctor, Past 2 days I am unable to eat and can't able to digest even 2 idli also. I feel like poop but when I went to washroom it's not pooping. My stomach is blowing up and not able to concentrate on my work.

After dinner daily getting burping and after that feel breathing difficult and mild cough and wheezing. Its happening in the evening only. I am allergic person and suffering from sinusitis last 10 year. Now I am facing this burping and breathing issue. Kindly explain which doctor to see...pulmonologist or gestrontolist .

I have attached my endoscopy as suggested by doctor and medicine prescribed by him .Doctor has told me that I don't have any thing . But endoscopy show hetial hernia . I'm experiencing thin ribbon mucousy shaped stool but not very thin...and loosing weight gradually I'm hypothyroid since March 2020...  Also my stomach pain sometimes ..my right back and pelvis  is paining what would be the reason behind this ? Is there any problem with colon or rectum for thin stool? How to diagnosed?
