Does acidity leads to shortness of breath and suffocation for sometime as i suffered for suffocation type problem when i feel gas in my abdomen is this because of acidity.,?

After eating at night I've continuous belching problem...also faces constipation problem sometimes...my stomach become full

From past 3 to 4 days my stomach gets upset suddenly in the evening, and my motion gets little loose, in the evening stomach starts aching then I feel relieved after motion but motion gets little loose or someday totally loose...what to do? Any medicine?

My sgot is 101 n sgpt 127 . After ultrasound results says Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty hepatic infiltration . What does this means?

I'm suffering from digestive issues for past 1 year. I have done colonoscopy twice last year. At first, colonoscopy and biopsy was consistent with Ulcerative Colitis. Later after 10 days, another colonoscopy has been done. There were no ulcers and moderate inflammation present in distal rectum. Biopsy suggested non specific colitis and not UC. Second opinion on biopsy slide reveals, moderate colitis with mixed infiltration, but not consistent with UC. As a next line treatment, I took metronidazole, ciprofloxacin, VSL3 and Albendazole + Ivermectin. All my symptoms got kicked off for nearly 1 month. Now I'm having constant bloating. Bowel movements after every meal. Excessive belching and flatulence. Cannot sleep because of bloating. Currently on ayurvedic medicine, but it doesn't work. I'm in a delima, that after consulting many GI, I couldn't get a proper diagnosis. Can anyone help. I will provide all my previous reports.

I'm having loose motion from 2 days, 4 times a day. Whenever I'm eating something I need to go to restroom after that sometime from past 2 days.

But now weight got stable 56 kgs only. Need your suggestion, why weight is not increasing regularly with proper food...

I am having alternative diarrhea and constipation for two months now. Also it is associated with gas specially from evening. In the morning before bowel there is discomfort in stomach. There are sometimes red/maroon specs in stool when stool is soft. It started after a episode of diarrhea and antibiotic. No medical history. Cbc and esr test done a month back all normal.

My daily routine and diet Morning 6:30 am - 500-600 ml warm water . 7 am , badam milk 9 am chapati and green vegetable sabzi and curd. Similarly in lunch , 2-3 chapati and 1 cup vegetable and 1 cup curd / 500 ml lassi. Evening 4 pm , maumbi juice . Evening 6 pm , 2 banana. Dinner 2-3 chapati and 1 cup mix dal. Bedtime 500 ml hot milk+ 1 tablespoo desi ghee. During whole day water intake 2-3 ltr minimum. Uske baad bhi mai next day kafi late washroom jaa rha hu fresh hone. And completely empty ni ho pa rhe bowels. Please help me.
