After eating, I used to get a strong pain in my right shoulder, arm and neck. Over the course of the year the pain has shifted to the left shoulder and the front of the fulcrum of the arm with the body. Now after eating I get a dull pain on the left side. It's is not just after heavy eating, but also after having something light, like soup. Please diagnose.

Hi doctor, whenever i drink water i feel gas and  bloating. if i dont drink water everything is ok no gas no issue..what to do. no matter when i eat food whenever drink water instantly feel gassy within 2 min. after burping i get relief. is there any issue with my drinking water... my RO water has TDS level of 10 to 20. pls help and give ur valuable suggestion. thank you doctor.

Ct scan of whole abdomen ahows that i have"loaded colon"..endoscopy report shows antral gastritis.i have a pain near my belly button,sometimes it occurs in right side of belly button and sometimes in left side...i also have swollen anus.kindly tell me the reason of this type of belly pain?what is the disease?
