Passing stool issue.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old. I have been having issues with hard stool. Issue is with passing stool naturally. I have been having naturolax for quite a few days. Few times I saw little blood in the stool. I also feel dull pain in the stomach and itchy sensation anywhere on the body. Do I need to do a scopy ? Pls suggest

First make changes in food habits, take plenty of water, salads and green leafy vegetables, Aviod intake non veg food daily
