Ulcer after covid

Asked for Female, 63 Years

Had diarrhea from Sunday. Took loparemet and norflox 3 times a day. Didnt get better today consulted another doctor she prescribed bisilac fr 2 days n loparemet. Motion has reduced . But still little loose. Kindly advice wt else can be done. Mouth is bitter and tongue burning .Also how long will t tke to heal. Wt foods can help .pls pls advice

It can happen due to vitamin deficiency. Have multiple tablet like Zincovit , drink atleast 3 litres water daily. Avoid spicy food to reduce the discomfort. Consult a doctor for further advise
