Stomach is always tight
I have gas issue... my stomch is always hard... some dr. said its bcz of fatty liver how can i get rid of it.. as i feell back pain bcz of tight stomch

Reduce oil and spice in food . Avoid deep fried items . Take meals on time . Try losing 10% of your current body weight in next 6 months . Do exercises . Avoid pan , gutka, alcohol .
