Fat stomach
I have an acidity problem,whenever I drink alcohol by stomach ache. I sometimes feel my stomach is full without any consumption of feed. can't drink milk my belly start aching,sometimes in mid night my stomach aches

Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, take small swallows
Eat on time, don't skip meals
Take small frequent meals
Walk for 15 mins post meal
Avoid oily/fried foods
Avoid spicy foods
Avoid smoking & alcohol
Avoid aerated drinks & chewing gums
