Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have swollen around 6 days before .I meet doctor they prescribe fiblogen and some cream...3days after that blood from the swollen..now in last 2 days my stool is black jelly color  like with yellow colour... I do not have abdominal pain, vomiting but some days I have burping ... what the reason for the stool

I have filing that something stuck in the neck from last 2 months. PA chest X-ray normal, covid-19 test result Negative, CBC and ESR Blood test normal. I am doing treatment with ENT specialist from last 2 months but didn't get relief. Please suggest if I have to go for Gastroenterologist?

I've been taking Cremaffin medicine as advised by my doctor but i want a more effective relief which is natural. I don't consume many fruits because i have allergies and sinus issues. Is there any other way to get relief? This problem of constipation makes me feel dizzy and tight and unhealthy. I feel uncomfortable when constipated. Please help.

My endoscopy report suggests lax ge Junction and small hiatus hernia..i have been given ppi and prokinetic agent itopride. Will it treat this? Is lax les caused by hiatus hernia or hiatus hernia causes lax les? I suffer from restlessness..but oxygen levels are normal

I burp a lot . And can't eat more than 2 chapatis.I also have weird sensation while eating in throat.Can you tell me the reason?

I missed my dose of Razo-L today morning empty stomach and my doctor has prescribed Tryptomer along with it.Can I take Tryptomer at night inspite of missed dose of Razo-L?

Its been 4 months that I started taking medicine since I was feeling as it something is stuck in my throat. I consulted a doctor and she said because of acidity I am getting this problem.so she prescribed me medicines for the same. I also had Endoscopy done for the same and doctor told I had bacterial infection. I took the antibiotics for 10 days for bacterial infection. Still I had the same feeling even after taking the medicines.i have stopped eating any spicy and oily food. I am having normal food daily. I was feeling good also around mid of August.once I had giloy juice in the morning on empty stomach  and after that again i started to have the same feeling. I am taking Esomprezol  plus taking Gaviscon also . It's been more than 4 months I m taking medicines still I don't know if I eat anything and that is triggering acid it shouldn't be that severe. Within a day or two it should come down still it is becoming worse. How can I get rid of this..please respond

I am 37 years old male. I had diarrhea once back in July. Back then had consulted a doctor and issue was resolved. Since last few days I am experiencing slightly soft stools and a feeling at I might have loose motions any time. Although lose motions have not happened. Should I eat something in my diet or eleminate something from diet to fix this?
