Stomach Problems & Remedies

Its been 4 months and i am having upper abdomen pain, middle abdomen pain(navel) and lower abdomen pain(sometimes gas pain). Also heavy stomach all the time. I was on multiple antibiotics for many months for different infections in the body and then stomach pain developed. All my blood tests , crp normal. UGIE shows gastritis and duedonitis: Mild chronic gastritis with focal intestinal metaplasia. Motions : Normal . No nausea or vomiting. Is intestinal metaplasia something to be worried about? Also why am i having middle and lower abdomen pain ? Do i have ibd/ crohns?

Respected Doctor,  Sir My 7 Yrs Old Son Suffering from Gallbladder Stone.Cholelithasis with GB. Multiple Calculi with avg size of 4 - 5 MM shown in his Ultrasound as on 26 Oct 2020. Sir I Wanted bro know that without seizure & without removing Gallbladder his treatment is possible. Hi doctors I am facing problem in sleeping if I go to bed around 12 m not able to fall asleep till 2 and I woke up multiple times after falling sleep for poop I take epilev er 1000 medicine at night already consulted with neurologist there is no problem and in day time I take omnacortil and omnaprezol I don't face this problem in daytime and don't feel sleepy as I have smartwatch I monitor my deep sleep is above 4 hrs daily please suggest

Hello, Just got full lft done. Turned out my bilurubin level is 3.27 Conjugated is 0.49 Unconjugated 2.78 Have also done full abdominal ultrasound but everything's fine. I have no symptoms at all. Only that i get gastric quite a bit.

I have been experiencing pain 2 inches above the belly button on the right side since last 6 months. I also have been witnessing chest pain and back pain since last 1 month. I have undergone 2d echo and ecg test but they have shown no result. Chest pain occurs immediately after eating something. It feels as if something is stuck in my chest. I also underwent sonography which revealed that some urine residue(90 mm) is left behind in my bladder after passing urine. After having meals, my stomach feels bloated. Seems as if some gas is floating in the stomach. Kindly suggest some remedy

In liver profile test i have Gamma GT is 239 and high sgpt and sgot . Doctor has advised to take udiliv 300 for two times a day. Any other suggestion for help to recover the level.

Stomach makes gas sounds. Eating healthy food and on time. Stool is dark in color and not very liquid but is dilute than the normal. Also have diarrhoea, frequency is two times a day and specially after having food. Stomach makes unusual gastric noises and passing out gas is also frequent which doesn't smell. This is there since a week. Unmarried and not on any medication. No allergies. Pls suggest ASAP :(
