Severe pain in the upper right quadrant of stomach and exactly behind it in the back which lasted for 10 minutes. Have been bloating very often since two weeks with severe pain. Also have frequent urination issues and urinary incontinence. Anticipating for the proper advice. Thanking you in advance.

My mom is 47 year old and a blood sugar Patient. She has been suffering from IBS from past 10 days. Has be advised to take tablets  like Sporlac ds, metrogyl 400, O2 and Buscogast but still her diaheria  isn't  under control. She doesn't even take  electrol drink with a fear that it may effect her sugar. She feels extreme  fatigue and is bit irritated too. Please suggest which medicine can best cure her illness.

I have an issue with deep breathing. When i inhale deeply, i get the feeling that the breath is not going deep enough. I am also burping more frequently after having food and even after water. I took pantop dsr twice a day for 10 days along with acinil liquid 3 times a day but no improvement. I also have a mild cough in the morning when i get up.
